OUR MISSION
We have started with three fundamental pillars of wellbeing. our mission is to make wellness solutions accessible to businesses and easy for employees to integrate into their already busy lifestyles.
All our classes and workshops are designed to empower staff with insight and tools to make positive changes. Growing evidence showing a positive link between the introduction of wellness programmes in the workplace and improved engagement and performance levels.


HOW IT WORKS
Employee wellbeing. Done differently.
Format: Virtual delivery, or in-person at your workplace. Some topics are also available in a flexible and affordable pre-recorded format.
Duration: Each workshop will be bespoke to your needs ranging from 30mins to 90mins.
You can book one off sessions or we can create a whole wellbeing week for you.

Kelly Brooks
Founder and Principal Teacher
Kelly Brooks started her career in HR and starting practising yoga in a corporate yoga class, benefited from how the sessions supported the stressful working environment. Leaving her role to teach yoga full time and specialising in corporate yoga while she realised that people needed help in managing their wellness so they could be working at the top of their game. This is how Flexible Wellbeing was born.
Kelly has hosted wellness events and yoga retreats all over the world, teaching for JP Morgan, The Ned and Google.
